Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Online and Digital Products – Free for both Local and International.

Local Shipping (within Malaysia) – MYR 7.00 (Malaysian couriers)

International Shipping – approx MYR 70.00 (International couriers – price may vary depending on the destination country)

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for local shipping addresses is about 2-5 working days. International delivery times are estimated to be between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on distance and clearance procedures.

Delivery times for the online course zoom meeting link will be within ONE business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed within 2 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.

Digital downloads will be processed immediately once the payment is approved.

The zoom meeting link for online courses and training will be processed and emailed within one business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
