Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


The items and services listed below are not eligible for returns or refunds.


      • Online course fees if you fail to attend the course.
      • Gift cards
      • Newspapers or magazines
      • Downloadable software products


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


      • Book/Books with obvious signs of use
      • Any product not in original condition, is damaged, or is with missing parts for reasons other than our error.
      • Any product returned after the 30-day delivery window.



Online Courses

Fees paid for online courses are not refundable, but replacement of participants may be allowed.

Physical Products

You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or other original forms of payment within 10 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund even after 10 working days of refund approval, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive you will depend on where you reside.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee to receive your returned goods.
