2. Registration is only confirmed upon payment.
3. Fees paid are not refundable but replacement of participants may be allowed.
4. Full attendance of course and submission of feedback about the course shall entitle participants to a certificate awarded by Hans Education Group.
5. The company reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the programme if warranted by circumstances beyond its control. The company also reserves the right to cancel the programme if the number of participants is not sufficient. However, the company shall notify the participant of any changes 3 days prior to the programme. The fees paid will be fully refunded if the company cancels the programme

The course feedback link for online courses and training will be emailed before one business day of the scheduled event.
